One amplify is one press of the button: the clarifying questions, the Preview, and the finished prompt. Reading it back, editing it, or sending it costs nothing. Undoing one does not use another.
Questions people actually ask
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free for as long as you want it, with no card and no countdown. Twenty amplifies a month, up to five a day.
What happens when I run out?
The button tells you, and nothing else changes. Your daily count resets at midnight UTC and your monthly one on the 1st. You can carry on with the chat site as normal; you just do not get the amplified prompt until it resets or you upgrade.
Why is Starter so much smaller than Pro?
Because they are for genuinely different people. Starter suits someone reaching for it a few times a week. Almost everyone who uses it daily wants Memory, and Memory is the part that makes it stop asking you the same things.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, in one click, and you keep the plan until the period you already paid for runs out. Then you drop back to Free rather than losing your account.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the month or year you already paid for is not refunded, though you keep every bit of it. That is why the free plan has no card and no countdown: try it there first. The refund policy covers the exceptions, including the rights UK and EU customers have by law.
Do you keep what I write?
Your prompts are yours, they are never used to train anything, and anonymous sharing is off unless you switch it on. Paying does not change that; it only changes how much you can do and how long your own history is kept. The privacy policy is the detail.
Who takes the payment?
Lemon Squeezy. They are the registered seller, they handle sales tax wherever you are, and your card details never reach our servers. Your receipt comes from them and carries the link to change your card or cancel.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Studio covers one person writing in a company's voice. Proper team billing, with seats and one invoice, comes later. Tell us if you want it and we will build it sooner.
